Yeah wow another month has come and gone only a couple of those left and I will be walking down the escalators.  No, nobody knows that is is April Fools day, they just party hard every weekend, with their music as loud as it can go. Yeah I am really amazed at how all those old farts still go hard in the mud, pretty impressive. (at the farm digging ditch) Wow I really don't see you as the political guy but hey go get after it. (dad as a state delegate)  That is a really good final four. all good schools,  don't know how they really are but some good basketball schools. Yeah I think that format to play is a lot better than the other one. (high school baseball format)  
Nope not getting to do much of anything on p day really don't like it. Hopefully next p day we will be able to play some ball. We have just been so busy to go and do anything lately. 

   So I told mom a little story of a guy and I hope you understand it but I will tell you another story.  So we got a reference the other day and so we went there during the week and it is a guy who is really sick and his wife. We got there and it was just the guy there who is really sick and we didn't have much time to talk with him so we just started telling him who we are and what we are here to do for him. We started with the fist lesson and that God is our Father in Heaven who loves us and is a God who is acting. He is not a dead God. And he started telling us a story. He says a couple of years ago my mom was really sick,  close to dying and I went home from the hospital one day and had a dream,  then he starts crying,  and in my dream there was a hobo standing next to my mom touching her wounds, so I yelled hey don't touch her you are going to get her more sick. He responded don't worry I am Christ I am here to heal her. And he continued toucher her wounds. Then he started crying harder and told us that the next day she was realesed from the hospital. Then he says I know that God lives and he answers prayer.  Pretty cool story! Well everything here is going good and I love you a buch paps thanks for all that you have done and do for me.

Okay so this week we had our fist lesson with a man who contacted us the other week. So I don't know if I already told you this, but someone killed his one and a half year old baby.  So we went to his house the other day and we talked to him for a little and he told us that someone he knows went through a similar situation and he knew the church and the church helped him a ton. So we talked to him and gave him the first lesson and he is stoked to get baptized. He says I drink a beer everyonce in a while but all you have to do is tell me and I will give it up right now and never drink again. He is so happy to know the gospel, he has been looking for the church for two years now and just barely found it.  I am so excited to see where he goes.  

I am doing good here in Mexico,  it is wierd cause I have so much time here in my area that all of the people know me. It is like I am like a normal person here now. Well I don't really know what else to say right now so love you a ton and I love ya!

Well this week was not the greatest, but it for sure did have some good up beats to it. My new comp is really cool a lot better than my fist two and a lot more obedient!!! But we were working like crazy all week and didn't have a lot to show for it. But at least we were working hard eh. Oh and I have heard a lot that the Temple will be finished in this YEAR!!! I really sure do hope so. 

  Yeah I do remember Sawyer. I bet that Spring Fling was a good ol time, I have always wanted to go but I feel like i would be terrorized by what goes on there so it is probably better that I don't, right. Dont worry ker bear I am eating enough feed. 

  uhhmm I really dont think we have anything new going on right now, well there are new people everyday, but we are really going to kick in in gear this week to have some milagros. 

  Yeah it will be crazy how much all of my little nephews have changed bythe time I get back, won't lie it crosses my mind quite a bit but that does not mean that I don't love where I am at right here in Tijuana.

I would imagine that Taylor S. was an awsome missionary. I can only imagine the hearts that he touched out there.

   Yeah it for sure is a different attack that you have to take as a member doing missionary work but the trick is to do it. There are so many people who don't do it because they are afraid or that they just don't know how to do it. Yeah I was reading in the Book of Mormon today and read in Mosiah 5 and it talks about the people being converted and how their want to do bad things went away and only good was in their hearts. I wish that people could see how much this gospel could change their lives. 

  Not much is new here, I am really happy with my new comp. My first two were not very obedient so it was hard to drag them around. But this Elder is really good he wants to work and we are going to see miracles! If you are on right now write me back so we can chat!!

Yeah well transfers came and went this week that is why I am writing you today, and I am staying in my same area AGAIN.... Oh well it will be good! My comp went home to Veracruz and my new comp, Elder Tellez is from Mexico. He seems like a really good guy I am excited to work with him.
 Well this past Sunday Marlon was talking in Elders quorum and said that when he repented that he felt a peace come over him, and he knew that he had truly repented. I thought that was soo cool to be able he hear from him that he knew that the Savior had forgiven him. 
Well we got a lot of work to do and less time to do in, so I got to make this one short sorry mom.

Nope I dont think they know what St. Patricks day is, well I really don't know what it is either so why would they, ha. In our area there are no nice homes, well there are some that are well kept, I me some, not many. But nice homes not here, there are not any. There are some in our zone, in an area called Insugentes. Yeah there are a couple areas around here with houses like those of Saltio. Yeah Tijuana is really big and there are a tone of people, tons. 

  What Mr. Black Friday didn't like to go shopping for home decor??? That doesn't sound like you paps. Yeah I am excited to know what it looks like. Dont send me pictures of it when its done I want to be surprised when I get back. (The kitchen)Wow its already March Madness. Well I guess we are in March, the time is flying by tell you what.

  No, I don't see the Mission Pres all that much, well hardly ever to be honest. He is a really good guy, I like him a lot but don't know him all that well either. We had transfers yesterday so that is what I did all day, NOT FUN! just so you know.

My stomach is all better, well, for now.  Glad to hear that grandma is doing well with the surgery,  I will make sure to keep her in my prayers. 

  E.Y.! haha he is a good kid, the mission really does wonders on the life, I am sure you have seen that with your two other, not so good looking boys, but really it is great and I am loving every minute of it, even when it is not going so great. I really do need to write better in my journal, I have not done to great at that to be honest with you. Today we went and visited the temple and ate some tacos de birria oh soo gooood. I will send you some pictures of the temple. 

Then later we are going to make 300 tamales for the homeless people with our recent converts! That shoud be a good time and they are loving the gospel and love to serve and do what they can for people that have less. 

  

Oh that is way sad that he passed away, not really that it makes death of a loved one that much easier but we have the oppurtunity to be able to see them again! (Ryan Noorda is a snowmobile accident)

  Everything is going well here. we have transfers this next Monday and so we find out where we go on Saturday,  I really hope that I get transfered out of here but I think I will stay here for at least one more transfer..... Well I hope all is going well mom says that things are moving slow with the kitchen but hey at least they are moving.

WOW! I bet you are pretty excited with the whole project, a little stressed, but not anywhere close the stress the dad has. I love my Aunts make sure to let them know it! 

  I really do love the people here, with the language coming along a little better now, I can express myself better have a laugh and have a good time with them more freely, and that is nice! 

Dang everyone I know is getting married crazy!!! 

Well right now we are having some storms so the weather is a little chilly here. 

Haha converts do love their missionaries, but sometimes that is not great cause they need to realize that they are not making a covenant with the missionary but with God. 

  Well everything went great with the baptisms! Great to see them take this step in there lives. 

And we are working hard to keep on baptizing.  This week was pretty normal, we did have a pretty cool experience happen. And this is how it goes. So we were in an area that we don't go to a lot because we were searching for a brother who had a reference for us.  So we were walking and walking and walking for about an hour and a half looking for this house just walking in circles.  So we walk down this one street and it leads to like a different colony so there really was no reason for us to go down there,  but we met another less active member who is ready to go back to church but he had been searching for the missionaries.  So after we met this guy and got his direction we headed back to find the other direction and found it really quick. The way that God works sometimes doesn't make sense to us but it is the way that it is supposed to be. The guy who we were searching for for an hour and a half is really cool he speaks perfect English and has a lot of friends who we are teaching and they are like sponges just soaking it all up!

Yeah the other day it rained and after it just smelt like baseball. Time is flying by tell you what it is crazy how fast it goes. I mean look my old man is stinkin' 53 honkin' years old and getting older every day! HAPPY BIRTHDAY by the way.. How are Grandpa and Grandma doing?  

  Yeah to be honest with you I have never felt in danger here not one bit, well with the food a little.  I have had the runs for a week now and it is doing its work on me. 

  Well for this last week this is pretty much how my day goes. Wake up in the morning and fill up my bucket to shower in, then put the heating cord in it. Go and eat a little bit of food and hit a little workout. (tryin not to loose it all) then take my little shower out of a bucket and get dressed for the day. At 8 I hit the study books! and about 10:30 we are out the door to save souls. we usually have three or so lessons before we eat luch at 2. We eat with at the house of one of the sisters of the ward. usually is a caldo, like a soup with veggies and chicken(sometimes) and rice and tortillas lots and lots of tortillas, which go straight to your lower stomache. 

Then after luch we teach more lessons until 9 and we are back at the house. Sometimes we eat something for dinner sometimes no depends on the day. We plan for the next day hang around a little and go to bed. Wake up the next morning and do it over again. 

   Well paps I miss ya a lot. Hope all is well and continues that way. Love you.
